Line one

Contractor engagement & payment administration

We contract with freelancers and specialist studios on a client's behalf, check what they invoice, and pay them on a fixed monthly cycle across several currencies.

Line two

Software & operational procurement

We buy and hold the subscriptions, cloud services and tools a venture runs on, keep the receipts, and recharge them to the client with a monthly statement.

Line three

Platform payment operations

For partner marketplaces we operate the payment side: checkout, seller onboarding and identity checks, payouts and reconciliation, all through regulated payment providers.

How an engagement runsAgreement → month → statement

Every client relationship works the same way, whatever the line of work. Nothing is done on a handshake.

Written agreement Scope, responsibilities, fee basis and payment terms are agreed in a signed services agreement before any work or spending begins. Always first

Funding The client funds the account for the coming month's costs. We do not front working capital, and we do not hold money on anyone else's behalf. Monthly

Delivery Contractors are engaged and paid, subscriptions are maintained, platform operations run. Every payment is supported by an invoice or receipt. Continuous

Statement A single monthly statement sets out costs reimbursed and, separately, our service fee. Supporting documents are available on request. Month end

Settlement Payable by bank transfer within 15 days of the statement date, in the currency agreed. 15 days

Contractor engagement, payment administration and software procurement for a games and digital-product group. We act as the group's UK administrative agent; the group owns the products and the intellectual property.

Consumer marketplace, European Union

Payment operations for a European collectables marketplace preparing to launch: checkout, seller onboarding and verification, payouts and reconciliation, delivered through regulated third-party payment providers.

Client names are confidential. Where a counterparty needs them for verification, we provide them on request with the client's consent.

What we are not

Saguni Ltd is not a bank, a payment institution or an electronic money issuer, and we are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. We do not hold client funds on deposit, offer escrow, or provide investment, legal or tax advice. Where money moves in connection with a platform we operate, it is processed and settled by regulated payment providers under their own terms.
